GFP has a long history of helping our nation’s cities and forests — preventing, protecting, and recovering from disasters.
Our personnel have been deployed in every Western State and many Eastern States, from the Oregon Coast Range to Glacier National Park in Montana, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming to the Los Padres National Forest near Ojai California, to the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky.
We are proud to have played a role in assisting communities and ecosystems across the country rebuild after some of the most devastating wildfire seasons on record. As the climate continues to change and extreme weather events become more commonplace, GFP will be there to help disaster-affected locations recover and adapt.
